A succession of notes of candied fruits, dried fruits, pastry, jasmine flower, rancio in an atmosphere of liquorice freshness is characterized by a remarkably balanced aromatic intensity. As soon as the attack, a sensation of velvetiness envelops the palate while modulating the aromatic explosion, perceived until the end of the mouth.

The distillation on the lees sublimated by its long stay in oak barrels enhances the final expression of this small champagn.
